Eligibility
·      Student must be planning to attend or currently enrolled at four-year institution
·      Offered to underserved students who demonstrate a financial need as they
        pursue a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education
        at a college or university
·      The applicant must have proof of residency or attend school in West Virginia,
        Maryland, Michigan, Virginia, or District of Columbia 
·      A cumulative 3.5 Grade Point Average or higher (unweighted)
·       Proof of prior community service strongly encouraged
